For nearly 10 years, the Next Chapter Retreat has created space for accomplished women to step away from the noise of everyday life and explore a simple but powerful question: What’s next for me now? This intimate, thoughtfully curated experience offers time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your own thoughts, dreams and realities. Through guided reflection and meaningful conversation in an intimate setting, you’ll explore what alignment looks like in this season of life. Some women leave with a tangible next step. Others leave with deeper clarity and the insight that unlocks their next move. What everyone leaves with is something increasingly rare: the space to listen to themselves again.

Life rarely gives us uninterrupted time to pause and consider what’s next. This retreat creates that space—away from responsibilities, expectations, and constant motion—so you can slow down, reflect, and explore the question with honesty and intention.

Through reflection and discussion, many women uncover the unseen headwinds—expectations, beliefs or assumptions—that have kept them from fully considering what they want next.

Through guided prompts and structured reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to explore what’s shifting in your life, what you’re drawn toward, and what may be ready for change. These moments often uncover insights that everyday busyness keeps hidden.

Within a small group of thoughtful women, conversations unfold naturally and respectfully—without networking, titles, or performance. The environment encourages openness, curiosity, and perspective as you explore possibilities together.

You won’t be expected to arrive at a perfectly defined plan. Instead, many women leave with something more useful: a clearer understanding of what’s next for them, what matters most in this season, and the insight that unlocks their next step.

The retreat offers simple tools and prompts you can carry forward—helping you continue reflecting, noticing, and choosing with intention as the next chapter of your life unfolds.
"This retreat was life changing for me. I walked away with a clear vision for myself and who I want to be in the next ten years. I’m excited about my third chapter and where it will lead."

"This was an experience that I will never forget… it helped me explore, release, and create the next chapter of my life. Above all I found clarity of purpose and a love for myself that had gotten lost along life’s journey."

" This was a much-needed and immensely beneficial experience that has enriched me. I returned home this afternoons with a lighter heart overflowing with gratitude and joy. I had many "Ah-ha's!" over the weekend. Our discussions will serve as food for thought and action for quite some time as I design my 3rd Chapter.
